Unless you're a fan of the Chicago Bulls. Or the New York Knicks. Or the Indiana Pacers. For them, the summer of 2017 was a season of crap.

The Bulls, the Pacers, and the Knicks are three NBA teams whose drafting, and/or trading, and/or free agenting (or lack thereof) since June has led to jittery fan bases, nervous prognosticators, and tons of scolding punditry.
